What are the shipping costs?
You’ll find the “Delivery” tab at the bottom of our website. Shipping costs vary based on your order total and delivery location.
You can also collect your order for free from our warehouse in Belgium. Most items are customized locally in our Walloon Brabant printing workshops.
What are the delivery times?
Most of our products are delivered in under 15 days. Our customizable gift boxes are produced and shipped within this timeframe, giving you flexibility to update your packaging quickly. This fast delivery is possible thanks to our centrally located European warehouse.
How are the goods delivered
Most of our packaging boxes are delivered flat-packed for easy, quick, and hassle-free assembly.
These customizable gift boxes are delivered flat to save space during shipping. They’re quick and easy to assemble—taking just seconds. Flat-pack models include the Flatbox, Flowerbox (lid pre-assembled), and the Postpack.
We also offer pre-assembled gift boxes, such as the Hingbox, for added convenience.

How to change a delivery address?
Notify us by sending us an e-mail within 48 hours after your order to the e-mail address sales.uk@mainetti.com or call us on +44 18 35 862 200. We will notify you of the change of address and you will receive your package at the right place.
How to track my package?
To help you track your order, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package status. The shipping carrier will also be specified. With real-time tracking, you can follow your delivery and plan accordingly.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations cannot be made directly on our website. However, you have 5 days from receipt to send a registered letter with your request to: 1 Tweedside Park, Tweedbank, TD1 3TE United Kingdom. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I modify my order?
To modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales.uk@mainetti.com or by phone at +44 1835 86 22 00.
I received the wrong package, what can I do?
If your package does not match your order, please contact us at sales.uk@mainetti.com. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct items. To speed up the process, include photos of the incorrect packaging.
I received a defective package ?
Multiple scenarios may apply:
- Damaged shipment: if the delivery crate is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Damaged contents: if your items arrive damaged, contact us at sales.uk@mainetti.com. Please include photos of the damaged packaging to help us resolve the issue faster.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, visit the product page of your choice. Select your preferred size, color, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” Customization is easy with our user-friendly design tool—basic graphic skills are enough. Advanced users can also access our offline personalization module.

What is the minimum order quantity?
centuryshop.co.uk gives you the chance to order custom packaging in small quantities. For most products, you can order starting from a single carton, containing 10, 25, or 50 units depending on the item.
Can I order a single box or other personalized packaging by the unit?
No, the minimum order is 1 box. Nearly all our customizable gift wrap products are available in small quantities, allowing you to order personalized packaging with low minimums.
PAYMENTS AND BILLING
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is received, typically within 2–3 business days.
Why do I need to indicate my VAT number?
Taxes may apply depending on the destination country of your delivery.
Intracommunity regime
With a valid intra-EU VAT number verified on the VIES website, you can order from centuryshop.co.uk without paying VAT upfront—unless delivery is within Belgium.
Example :
- I’m a company based in France with delivery in Belgium—Belgian VAT at 21% will be applied.
- I’m a French company with delivery in Paris—0% VAT applies, no advance payment required.
National System
With a Belgian VAT number, I order from a Belgian site with delivery in Belgium. I pay 21% VAT to mainetti uk and can request a VAT refund afterward.
Extra Community Regime
USA, India, Switzerland, and others: no VAT number is required. VAT won’t be charged unless delivery is in Belgium, where 21% VAT applies.
How do I receive my invoice?
An invoice is included with your shipment, and you’ll also receive a digital invoice by email once your order is confirmed.

What is a matte or glossy lamination ?
To protect paper, we use lamination—a plastic film applied to shield against moisture and dust. Matte lamination offers a smooth, satin finish, while glossy lamination (or glossy paper) adds a shiny, varnished effect that highlights and enhances your packaging.
Which are the most environmentally friendly products ?
The most eco-friendly products are made from uncoated, single-material kraft paper. For example, cotton bags are 100% cotton, and kraft paper bags like the Box or Safari are made entirely of paper.
In contrast, magnetic Flatboxes combine cardboard and paper but include magnets, glue, or velcro for closure. While recyclable in cardboard waste, they aren’t quickly biodegradable. That’s why we developed Smartflat boxes without magnets for a greener option.
Additionally, customizable gift boxes with lids—like the Campana and Flowerbox—are easily biodegradable and eco-friendly. Our Postpack shipping box is also available in kraft cardboard, making it a sustainable choice for customizable shipping packaging.

Can I order products without printing on centuryshop.co.uk?
No, to order generic packaging, please visit Centuryshop.eu. Our generic products are neutral, with a minimum order of 50 units and a 2-day delivery time.
What if the product I am interested in is out of stock ?
Feel free to contact us at sales.uk@mainetti.com for product availability. We’re also happy to provide advice and help you find similar packaging solutions.
What are the dimensions on the site?
They correspond to the inside dimensions.
What dimensions/weights do my boxes have?

How is the tissue paper packaged?
Tissue paper is delivered in reams of 480 sheets (75 × 50 cm) or 240 sheets (75 × 100 cm). Each ream typically weighs around 4 kg.

What are the benefits of digital printing for custom packaging in dubbing?
Digital printing, also known as digital print, enables fast small print runs without the need for traditional tools like screen printing plates, offset, or flexo. It offers full-color (CMYK) printing across our entire cardboard and paper packaging range. While digital printing has slightly lower resolution than offset for logos, it excels at high-quality photos, illustrations, and multicolor designs. mainetti uk Group has perfected this technique over 4 years using a fully customized UV inkjet machine. Colors are created by mixing 4 primary and 2 light inks, with white as the only direct Pantone tone printable.

What are the advantages of flexographic printing on custom packaging?
Flexographic printing is a traditional method using a flexible plate mounted on a printing cylinder. Ink is pressed onto paper or similar materials, enabling low-cost 1- to 2-color prints without photo or color overlays. Ideal for budget-friendly supports like our Safari and Box paper bag collections, it allows Pantone color printing in solid tones. Though less detailed than screen, hot foil, or offset printing, flexo remains cost-effective and efficient.

What are the advantages of screen printing on customizable packaging?
Screen printing uses a stencil method with a screen printing frame that lets ink pass through to print logos or stylized designs. We can print up to 2 colors, offering vibrant, opaque coverage. This technique produces matte finishes, such as Pantone colors, ideal for cotton, paper, or cardboard. Screen printing delivers excellent precision and durable results.
On what kind of packaging can screen printing be used?
Screen printing is available on a broad selection of gift boxes, magnet boxes, paper bags, and reusable bags.
Offset printing on paper bags.
What are the advantages of Offset printing on customizable packaging?
Unlike other methods, offset printing can’t be done on stock boxes or bags. It requires printing 1 to 6 colors on paper or cardboard sheets, which are then glued to thicker materials like our magnetic boxes or used to assemble paper bags. Offset isn’t suited for small runs due to complex machine setup but becomes cost-effective from 500 units up. It delivers excellent quality in both Pantone direct tone and full four-color process printing.
